| Step
II: Request for Full Proposal
Once your Letter
of Intent has been reviewed and accepted, the AANEM will request a Full
Proposal from you. This is the second step in the process of seeking grant
approval. If your Letter of Intent is not accepted, you will be notified
in writing and a Full Proposal will not be sought.
When submitting
a full proposal, forms from The National Institute of Health (NIH) can
be used as a reference.
Full
Proposals are due in the AANEM Executive Office by March 1. At
that point, proposals are sent to the members of the Research Committee
for review. Upon review, the committee chair and AANEM staff liaison will
contact those selected to receive funding. Those not selected will be
sent a notification letter.
